Our program
Fun, developmentally appropriate signing classes for infants, toddlers and the people who care for them.
Baby & Me classes are designed for pre-verbal babies and toddlers along with their parents, caregivers and grandparents. They’re most appropriate for children between 6 months and 3 years old who aren’t yet able to say everything they want to. Signs taught are developmentally appropriate and based on American Sign Language.
Itsy Bitsy Signers offers a 6-week series of 45-minute classes. In each lesson you’ll learn about 15 to 20 signs on a theme that relates directly to your baby’s world.
We use toys, books, songs and rhymes to introduce signs in a fun, engaging way — plus an activity each class to make sure the grown-ups have mastered the day’s vocabulary.
Classes are held in various locations in the Acton, MA area. We’re also happy to help you arrange a group class at a location nearer to you. Contact us for details.
